How to make yourself calmer:
- Accept what cannot be changed, but try to change what you can.
- Surrender yourself to the power of calmness.
- Try to use big picture thinking more often. Is this something I really need to be mad about?
- Look for the silver lining in every bad situation.
- Be grateful for what you have and what good has come your way today and everyday.
- Connect with others as much as possible.
