What if you could zap all your what if’s away in one minute?
You’re probably worried about something right now, so what’s the harm in giving something different a try?
- Place your worries in a star.
- Relax your body and watch this worry slowly disappear.
- Breath in
- And finally, breathe out.
Hopefully, this exercise helped alleviate some of your problems, even if just for a moment, and how small your worries really are in the gran scheme of life.
